Hamilton started Virtual Cornerstone from her deep belief in the women they support. In the last five years of growing a business, she’s found a second passion in building a team of women with top-tier skills living a life of passion and freedom.

Hamilton is a wife, mom, middle sister, and lover of both Beyoncé and Bible study. Hamilton believes that outsourcing isn't just about getting things done— it's giving yourself permission to thrive.

Hamilton earned a Master's in Communication from Cal State Fullerton and a Bachelor's degree in Corporate Communications at Belmont University. 

She also argues that ice cream brand is more important than flavor— and that Jeni’s ice cream is the best of the best.

Brittia lives in Hallettsville, Texas with her wonderfully chaotic crew—her husband, their feral children, and a small zoo of animals. Life is never dull!

When she’s not chasing kids or feeding animals, you can usually find her running (for fun, not just after my kids), lifting heavy things for no reason, or taking pictures with sound as a sonographer.

Brittia is a total systems and organization nerd. She thrives on creating workflows that make life and business run smoother, and nothing makes her happier than turning chaos into clarity and creating systems that make life and work flow seamlessly.

She runs on coffee (black with honey, because life is sweet but also requires caffeine), devours books like it’s her full-time job, and firmly believe the best ice cream ever made is Blue Bell’s Christmas Cookies.

Ashley lives in Cleveland, Ohio, with her husband, where she blends her love of creativity and strategy into powerful marketing that helps businesses grow with purpose. She’s endlessly curious about how the right mix of tactics and channels can turn a good idea into lasting success.

When she’s not deep in a marketing plan, you’ll find her teaching ballet or bringing new life to her 103-year-old home - proof that she’s never afraid of a challenge (or a little dust). On sunny days, Lake Erie is her happy place.

A proud Summa Cum Laude graduate of Belmont University with a BBA, Ashley loves a good challenge, clean design, and a strong strategy.

And as any true Ohioan would, she’ll die on the hill that Jeni’s is the best ice cream brand out there - especially since it started in her hometown.

Betsie lives in Cleveland, OH with her husband, baby boy, and crazy kitten, Lady Grey (yes, after the tea). Outside of Virtual Cornerstone she is also a professional dancer, choreographer, and teacher along with her husband and runs her own Etsy shop selling her paintings.

When she’s not choreographing for her students or entertaining her sweet baby boy, she finds joy in playing her piano, working on a new craft, exploring new parks and coffee shops, or snuggling under her heated blanket with tea, cozy socks, and a good show.

She enjoys nothing more than Mitchell's Key Lime Pie on a Cleveland summer day (if you've been here you know the magic of Mitchell's ice cream!).

Samantha lives in Corona, CA, with her husband, two daughters (two under two!), and one crazy dog. She has a degree in Hospitality Management with a background in events, with weddings as her expertise for over 15 years. With a strong drive to keep learning and chasing her goals, she is returning to school this year at Cal State Fullerton in the Crime and Intelligence Analysis program. Her background in hospitality has shaped her people-focused approach, while her curiosity and ambition continue to push her forward. Outside of work and academics, she enjoys spending time at Disneyland, hanging out with her family at home, and somehow always beginning a new DIY project. Her favorite ice cream is Thrifty’s Rainbow Sherbet, which is now hard to find!

Kyra is a stay-at-home mom to an active 3-year-old and wild 1-year-old. She lives with her husband and kids in South Orange County, where they love spending time outdoors—whether it’s at the beach or the park with friends. When nap time rolls around, you’ll often find Kyra squeezing in a Peloton ride and treating herself to a homemade healthy sweet snack. And when it comes to sweet treats, she believes nothing beats Graeter’s Black Raspberry Chocolate Chip ice cream!

Kyra is grateful for the flexibility and opportunity that Virtual Cornerstone provides, allowing her to continue utilizing her administrative skills and experience while embracing the joys of motherhood!

Bailey lives in Tustin, CA with her husband and two young daughters. She holds an M.Ed. in Learning and Technology and works as a middle school Bible teacher in addition to her work at Virtual Cornerstone. She also writes homeschool Bible curriculum for K-12 students.

When not working, she loves getting outdoors with her family and dogs, planning Disney days, and watching competition reality TV. Once she's put her daughter to bed, you often find her snacking on a Chipwich (the best way to eat ice cream)!
